Kerr Recalls Premise Unidose Composite

Posted by dentalinsider on September 10, 2008

September 8, 2008

Kerr Corporation is voluntarily recalling several lots of Premise Unidose composite. They are requesting the return of the product because the material appears to stiffen and become difficult to extrude over time. The recall only applies to certain lots of Premise packaged in the Unidose tips, not product packaged in syringes.

You can find a complete list of lot numbers here.

If you have any of the affected lot numbers, contact Kerr Customer Care at 800-537-7123, for instructions on how to return the product.

As of the time of this writing, Kerr did not have any of this information listed on their website.
